Our experienced team will assist you in evaluating your current and future document imaging requirements and make recommendations as to the solutions best suited for your company's needs and budget constraints. This will include gaining an understanding of current demands and workload and how they are managed plus understanding the entire design or engineering department's environment. Solution recommendations are part of this process.
Installation, Training, Support
Software products and networked digital systems are integrated into the customer's environment according to a schedule determined with the customer. After product installation, we provide the training necessary to ensure a through understanding of its function and features. This way, the customer can immediately take advantage of it without wasting any precious time.
On going support is offered, both on-site and by phone. This support can be provided either through annual support agreements or on an as need basis.
Clifford-Wald was originally formed as a service company. While we have evolved into full sales, consulting, support and service organization, our philosophy is still "customer service" based. Our attitude is that everything we do in our work with our customers is providing them with some form of service-filling supply orders, identifying and fixing issues, or repairing a machine.
Field technicians who receive formal training from our manufacturers such as KIP America and Hewlett-Packard staff our technical service department. Support is also given by in-house technicians that are available for phone support to answer any questions that a customer may have. Field technicians are placed in geographical areas to promote faster response and a higher quality of service.
Ongoing service support agreements are available and recommended for the best quality service and cost effective. These agreements are tailored and priced to meet a customer's specific annual printing and copying demands.
